About Xel-Ha
Xel-Ha is an incredible natural aquatic park, home a wide variety of colorful tropical fish, you can learn how to snorkel and observe the different species up close. You will explore cenotes (underground caves) or simply sit in one of the beach chairs and soak up the sun along the spectacular coastline!
Underground rivers flowing out to the beautiful Caribbean Sea feed an environment of creeks, lagoons, natural wells and ancient caves. Explore the underwater world by snorkeling and coming face to face with exotic underwater flora and fauna such as curious rays and French Angel fish. Other activities include cliff diving, rope bridge walking, and bicycling, kayaking, and much more.

Dolphin Premium
Spend qualified time swimming with dolphins, you will be able to soothingly caress their backs and their belly, to kiss them and be kissed; but what truly stands out from this swim with dolphins program is the Foot Push activity, where dolphins will propel you with all their strength and glide you thru the water! Afterwards, youll be surprised by their impressive jumps just a few foots away from you.

Dolphin Ride
This is a program where our guests will have a great time with the dolphins in the water and on a platform. Visitors will swim freely with the dolphins, play with them and as an important part of the program they will also get a big dolphin kiss among other activities. The outstanding part is when you get on a ride around the pool held in our dolphins to enjoy the Dolphin Ride!

Dolphin Interax
Dolphin Interax is a program designed for 10 participants, share unmatched moments with the friendly dolphins, in a warm and fun interaction, you will know more about their habitat, extraordinary anatomy, they will surprise you with intrepid jumps, dance, and you will have fun swimming with them in the platform in a water war

Wearing safety vests during any water program is mandatory.
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in dolphin activities

Pick up is available in most of hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
In case we dont have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available

We absolutely loved the dolphin experience. It had been on our bucket list for a long time so my twin sister and I thought we'd finally tick it off whilst in Mexico. It completely exceeded our expectations. We were in the water playing with the dolphins for a lot longer than we expected, maybe around 30 minutes. Our guide Joseph was amazing and made our experience so much more fun and enjoyable. The only negative I would have for this is that the price you have to pay for the photos is absolutely extortionate, they were actually more expensive than the excursion itself. Score:
