Xplor is a fantastic park and seeing it by night is terrific. However, the tour said it included admittance from 5:30 - 11, however because of Cancun traffic - our transportation driver didn't get us there until after 6, so I feel like we got shorted on time. Very much fun. Fun, helpful staff. We only got to complete 4 of the 5 activities due to running out of time. The bus that picked us up at the hotel was 30 minutes late!! This was the highlight of my trip. Tour shuttle was on time. Tour guide explained everything very well. Xplor Fuego was phenomenal! We did all activities included and there was barely a wait for any of them except ziplining. The only area for improvement is that it makes for a very late night when shuttle drops of people at hotels that aren't that close to each other. Score: 5 stars Recommended: YES from Columbia, MD
