The guides on the tour bus and in Chichen Itza were excellent and explained everything really well. We then had plenty of time to take pictures on are own. The lunch and cenote were excellent.

Jesus and the team were really nice. I wish there was more time spent at chichen itza! Instead of the long stay at the lunch /tourist souvenir trap.
Manual have a superb description of chichen itza.
English was very proficient!
The ride back was a little bumpy. The driver could have slowed down a little.
Lastly, some Pirolo were dropped off pretty far from the lobby area while in the rain. I thought at the price that we paid, they could have been dropped off in front of the lobby , especially because it was raining cats and dogs!!!! Just common courtesy!

We are a deaf couple. The speaking guide tour was worthless to us naturally. We paid the tour but we couldn't learn anything from a guide tour. It would be nice if the readily script is provided.
And, the buffet lunch wasn't what we expected. The quality of food wasn't exactly enjoyable. I got a bad stomach virus after I ate. Wouldn't recommend that restaurant.
The activity of Chichen Itza and Cenote was fabulous! Also, the transportation was smooth and easy transition which we really enjoyed. The guide tours really cared about us and very attentive to us.
Would recommend this activity if you want to do two activities: Chichen Itza and Cenote. If you want to spend more time at Chichen Itza then don't take this tour. Our time at Chichen Itza was a very short time which we would like to spend more time there. If you want to hit two activities in a day, then take this tour. Cenote was fun but if you want to spend there a bit longer then you are better off finding another cenote somewhere else. We spent there for an hour which wasn't enough time.
Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our trip to Chichen Itza.

Fantastic Mexican tour guides who spoke perfect English,big coach picked us up at our hotel,booked trip on my phone drinking a cocktail while other thomson holiday makers were waiting in line for over an hour trying to get to Thomsons rep to book same trip for around £80 more,crazy. And on the return trip when we got into Cancun instead of using same coach to drop us all of at differant hotels they seperated us into smaller mini busess and got us all back so much fasterThankyou for a lovely day.

This was my second Chichen Itza tour. The first was with a different company that had a poor tour guide, passable lunch, and dirty cenote. This tour, however, was great for me and four friends. Our guide was a retired history professor who was knowledgeable and interesting. He was the star of the trip! A trip to Il Kil cenote was included. The cenote was in a park-like area with several food venues. Several of us did not swim in the cenote but had an enjoyable time eating, talking, and relaxing. The bus ride was enjoyable and comfortable. The included lunch was just okay. We stopped for shopping and that was fun and NOT high pressure. I would book Cancun Adventure Tours a third time!

Great tour... guides were funny, informative and pleasant, and to do that in intense heat and deal with all the people says a lot about the great people they are. Sites were great too.. but the # of vendors was out of control, every 2 ft all selling the same stuff... too much.

We had a wonderful time. Jesus did a great job explaining things on the bus. Jaime was amazing. We had Jaime as our tour guide at Chichen Itza. He was simply one of the finest guides I have ever experienced. His grasp of Mayan history as well as world history made it easy to put the Mayan accomplishments in perspective with what was happening in the rest of the world.
