We really enjoyed the tour. Only the woman at the Cenote that made me walk back to put my water camera in the locker was very rude. It should have been better explained that they take pictures and will not let visitors take pictures. Score: 4 stars Recommended: YES from WI

Ismael was an excellent tour guide- very knowledgeable and also fun! Plus, Juan, our driver, did a great job keeping us safe and navigating over ALL of the numerous speed bumps. We loved rappelling into the Cenote and swimming around. The traditional lunch was delicious. We also enjoyed being able to climb up the temple at Ek Balam, which is no longer possible at Chichen Itza. There were not huge crowds there. My girls of 11 & 15 loved the day. Just be aware that this is a full day, and traveling on the back roads is slow going. However, it was great to get out of our resort for the day and see a different part of Mexico. I would definitely recommend this tour! Score: 5 stars Recommended: YES from Marysville, OH
