Additional information

Minimum age: 12 years
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
1 or 2 persons can fly at the same depending on the weight. The flight reaches an altitude of 700 feet. The maximum weight is 400 pounds or 180 kilos approximately (may vary).
For groups, the program may be modified according to customer needs.

Pick-up Information:

Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
In case we dont have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available

We were not able to do the parasailing because we had someone in our wedding party pass away unexpectedly that morning. They did a great job getting us back to our resort. We recommend going snorkeling, it was beautiful water and Pepe was a great host. Score:

The only thing I would suggest is that since the tour starts very early and is long, it would have been nice to be able to eat in between the activities ( especially for kids) instead of after the tour was finished. We got on the bus at 8:10 and finished parasailing at 3pm. We had an individual bag of chips on board and I wish I would have brought snacks with me. Score:
