Additional information

These packages must be booked at least 3 days prior to your visit to the park.
The schedule for your swim with dolphins will be given to you upon arrival at the park.
Adults rate applies over the age of 11.
Children rate applies between 5 and 11 years old who measure less than 1.40 mts. (5.4 feet).
Free entrance and transportation: babies and children under the age of 5.
Children under the age of 5 who will be swimming with dolphins must pay the dolphin swim fee and must measure at least 1 meter.
This offer is sold as a package. All park activities and interactions with dolphins must be used on the same day

Recommendations:

Due to the care of the environment, Xcaret only accept biodegradable sunblock.
Bring towels, comfortable clothes and shoes, swimming suit, sunglasses and caps, a change of clothing and extra cash money for souvenirs, photos, etc.

About transportation

Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
In case we do not have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available.
